Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Returns are free within the UK — a prepaid Royal Mail label is provided in your parcel. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return. Sale items and pierced jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
